Has anyone ACTUALLY gotten the lifetime warranty on their CHI flat iron? - trade secret chi warranty
It seems vague answers to some of Yahoo describe the registration of trade secrets a lifetime warranty with the manufacturer .... but the site said Faruk only guaranteed for 1 years.
I do not want to buy a CHI, if you really do get a lifetime guarantee.

I have a CHI and got the lifetime warranty and a couple of weeks after I broke it. I sent and never again ... almost a year.
